Job Summary
We are seeking skilled Camper Van Converters and Cabinet Makers to join our specialist team, helping us build premium bespoke conversions on vehicles for private, leisure, commercial and emergency use.
The successful candidates will be responsible for fabricating and installing customised interiors and cabinetry for all types of vehicles The rolls offer an exciting opportunity to work on bespoke projects, combining craftsmanship with practical construction skills. The ideal applicant will have experience in vehicle conversions, auto electrics, carpentry, or fabrication and come from a campervan, motorhome or marine industry background ideally.
You will be required to carry out a varied array of tasks so the willingness and ability to learn different skills with a keen eye for detail and quality is essential. Onsite training will be given.
Responsibilities
- Construct and assemble customised camper van interiors, including cabinetry, storage solutions, and fixtures.
- Use a variety of hand tools and power tools to cut, shape, and join materials such as wood, MDF, and other composites.
- Perform fabrication tasks with precision to meet project specifications and client requirements.
- Install components and ensure waterproofing integrity for van conversions.
- Carry out various conversions tasks to include:
- Pop top installation
- 12v & 240v electrics including solar
- Gas installation
- Water and heating installation inc tanks, showers, toilets etc
- Acoustic sound deadening and installation
- Carpet lining and floor coverings
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects whilst maintaining high standards of quality and finish
- Strong attention to detail with organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Remuneration
- Minimum starting salary of £32000
- Bonus scheme and overtime
- Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm
- No weekend working
- 28 days holiday inc Bank Holidays
