Responsibilities
- Manage all stages of residential property transactions, from initial instruction through to completion, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, transfer documents, and other legal paperwork related to property sales and purchases
- Liaise effectively with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers, and other stakeholders to coordinate transaction progress
- Conduct title searches, verify ownership details, and identify any potential legal issues that may impact the transaction
- Keep meticulous records of case files, correspondence, and transaction milestones using IT systems designed for conveyancing processes
- Ensure all deadlines are met by prioritizing tasks efficiently and managing multiple cases simultaneously
- Provide clear communication updates to clients regarding transaction status and required actions throughout the process
Skills
- Excellent communication skills to liaise confidently with clients and professional partners
- Strong IT proficiency with experience using conveyancing software and case management systems

Pay: £35,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
