Because our project pipeline is booming, we are looking for reliable, hard-working, and Multi-Skilled Groundworkers to join our team.

If you take pride in your trade, love variety in your day, and want to work with a team that values your skills, you’re in the right place.

What you’ll need to bring to the site:

The Basics: A valid CSCS Card is a must.
The Experience: Solid background working in Civils (think drainage, kerbing, flagging, and foundations).
The Mobility: A Full UK Driving Licence and your own transport to get to and from sites across Dorset and Somerset.
The Attitude: A strong work ethic, a focus on site safety, and a true team-player mindset.

Bonus points if you have experience in:

(Not essential, but definitely a plus!)

Concrete Finishing
Steel Fixing
Slinger Signaller tickets
