Summary

We’re looking for a practical, quality-focused joiner/installer to join the team at IS Group. This is a hands-on role supporting the fabrication, assembly and installation of high-quality signage and display products, working from job packs and CAD drawings to deliver right-first-time work.

The Role

Lead fabricator, and installer of signage and display products
Working from job packs and CAD drawings
Operating workshop machinery including print, cutting, laminating and routing equipment
Recording job progress using Progress Plus
Completing quality checks and final inspections before despatch
Maintaining high standards of housekeeping, quality and safety
Attending on-site installations around the UK with overnight stays where required. (UK driving licence essential)

What We’re Looking For

fabrication and installation experience (ideally signage, or manufacturing)
Confident using workshop machinery and hand/power tools
Strong attention to detail and quality-first mindset
Ability to read and work accurately from drawings and specifications
Good communication and teamwork skills
Problem solver using own initiative to complete a job
Full UK driving licence
Good communicator with clients on site following Company protocol
Suitable qualifications such as Streetworks, PASMA, construction skills.
