Required Competencies:

Project planning, coordination and delivery.

Governance, risk and regulatory compliance awareness.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the onboarding, implementation, transition and offboarding of business partners, products and services.
Coordinate implementation activities across Operations, Claims, Finance, IT, Compliance and other stakeholders.
Develop and manage implementation plans, timelines, risks and dependencies.
Ensure operational readiness prior to go-live, including processes, controls, training and reporting requirements.
Manage governance, approvals and due diligence activities in line with business and regulatory requirements.
Act as the central point of contact for implementation and change initiatives.
Identify, assess and mitigate operational risks throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Support supplier and partner onboarding, integration and exit activities.
Monitor progress, resolve issues and provide regular stakeholder updates.
Ensure smooth transition of implemented activities into business-as-usual operations.
Maintain implementation documentation, audit trails and management information.
Drive continuous improvement across onboarding, implementation and offboarding processes.

Supplier governance & third-party oversight frameworks
Contract, SLA & commercial management
Risk, controls & assurance/audit practices
Procurement & due diligence processes
MI, data analysis & performance reporting
Financial oversight & cost control
Claims supply chain knowledge (TPAs, adjusters, legal)
Data protection & operational resilience awareness
