About the Role

Safe N Shine Facilities Ltd operates within the cleaning services, facilities support, hygiene solutions, and property maintenance sector, helping organisations maintain safe, clean, and well-managed working environments. We are seeking a Head of Facilities Services to lead service operations, oversee client delivery standards, and support the continued growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities

Lead facilities service operations across cleaning, hygiene, and property support activities
Oversee service schedules, team performance, client requirements, and quality standards
Manage supervisors, contractors, suppliers, and operational support teams
Monitor service performance, budgets, reports, and improvement opportunities
Ensure health, safety, hygiene, and company standards are consistently followed
Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders
Support business planning, staff development, and operational improvements

What We Are Looking For

Experience

Strong experience in facilities services, cleaning operations, property maintenance, hygiene services, or service delivery leadership
Previous senior management or multi-site operations experience is preferred
Experience working with commercial clients, service teams, or contractor management is an advantage

Skills

Facilities services leadership
Cleaning and hygiene operations management
Team supervision and performance development
Client relationship and supplier management
Strong communication, planning, and decision-making skills

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Property Management, or a related field
Professional certifications in facilities management, health and safety, cleaning standards, or service management are an advantage

Pay: £42,341.95-£88,178.78 per year
