We are looking for a Van Driver/Stores Person to join the team at our Basinstoke branch. This role will include delivery driving and also helps to ensure the smooth running of the warehouse, including taking deliveries, picking orders and ensuring a tidy and safe workplace. Your responsibilities will include:
- Making deliveries to customers using a company van
- Loading and unloading delivery vehicles
- Accepting deliveries
- Booking in deliveries from suppliers
- Putting stock away
- Picking orders
The working hours are 9.00am to 3.00pm Monday to Friday .
You will need experience of delivery driving and working in a warehouse, a positive, flexible attitude, with good communication and organisation skills. You will also need a full, clean driving licence.
We are a successful independent Electrical wholesaler with a multi-branch network and can offer excellent opportunities for progression for someone who is willing to learn.
Pay: £18,175.00 per year
