Estate Agency Branch Manager
An exciting opportunity to join our fast growing, market leading and award winning company is available. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, driven and experienced individual to lead our established team.
Wilson Tominey Group is a fast-paced, target driven environment; therefore the ideal candidate will be able to think quickly, be proactive, plan, organise and prioritise workloads while continually identifying opportunities to grow the business and increase market share.
The successful applicant will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the branch, leading and motivating the team, driving performance, increasing instructions, overseeing sales progression and ensuring the highest levels of customer service are maintained throughout the business. The role will also involve carrying out market appraisals, winning instructions, developing business opportunities and implementing strategies to further strengthen the company's position within the marketplace.
This is an excellent opportunity for an existing Branch Manager, Senior Valuer or experienced Senior Negotiator looking to take the next step in their career with a company that actively supports progression and rewards success.
Working alongside the directors, the successful applicant will receive continued support and development while having the opportunity to play a key role in the future growth and direction of the business.
Development programme in place for further progression.
The successful candidate will need a full UK driving licence and previous estate agency experience.
Attractive basic salary plus commission structure and performance incentives.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, plus one in three Saturdays.

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 (OTE) with potential for more dependent upon experience and performance bonuses.
