Your role in our family:
- Create exceptional classic and contemporary cocktails using premium spirits, fresh ingredients and precise technique

Deliver warm, personalised service that makes every guest feel welcome behind the bar

Get to know our guests' tastes, offering confident and knowledgeable drink recommendations

Share your expertise on cocktails, premium spirits, wine, champagne and non-alcoholic offerings

Prepare fresh ingredients, syrups, infusions and garnishes with real attention to detail

Help shape and evolve our cocktail menu, bringing in seasonal trends and guest feedback

Keep the bar spotless, well organised and fully stocked, supporting regular inventory counts
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience as a mixologist or bartender, ideally within a luxury or high-volume venue

Genuine passion for mixology with strong product knowledge of spirits, wine and cocktails

A creative flair balanced with meticulous attention to detail and consistency

Excellent guest service skills with a confident, warm and personable manner

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays
