Full job description

We are seeking an exceptional Estates Manager to lead the strategic and operational management of our secondary school site in Market Drayton, driving high standards in safety, compliance, and facilities while actively supporting and collaborating with partner schools across our Trust to ensure excellent learning environments for all.

Here at Team Grove, we have an extensive site with generous green space and exciting capital works as our reputation positively grows, and our site adapts to the needs of our students and our community. 1 FTE (37 hours per week)

Required for 1st September 2026
