We are now seeking an experienced Reprographics Artworker to join our Artworking Studio and play a key role in ensuring artwork is accurately prepared and delivered to the highest production standards.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in reprographics, pre-press, and artwork production who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
You'll work across a wide range of packaging, display, and print projects, supporting the journey from customer artwork through to final production-ready files.
As part of our studio team, you'll work closely with Designers, Account Managers, and Production departments to ensure projects are delivered accurately, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
What You'll Be Responsible For
· Preparing, amending, and optimising artwork files for lithographic, digital, and screen printing processes
· Carrying out reprographics and pre-press activities including colour management, proofing, image retouching, and technical quality checks
· Creating and maintaining CAD cutter guides to support packaging and display production requirements
· Reviewing customer-supplied artwork, identifying potential issues, and ensuring files meet production specifications
· Producing accurate, production-ready artwork while maintaining version control and studio workflow standards
· Collaborating with Design, Account Management, and Production teams to resolve technical challenges and ensure projects run smoothly
· Supporting the creation of mock-ups, samples, and prototypes where required
· Maintaining organised file management systems to support efficient workflow and project retrieval

What You'll Bring
· Experience within a reprographics, pre-press, artwork production, packaging, or print environment
· Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
· Experience using packaging CAD software such as ArtiosCAD, Impact, or similar systems
· Strong understanding of print production processes and artwork requirements across multiple printing methods
· Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work
· Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
· A proactive, solutions-focused approach to problem solving and continuous improvement
