Your Day-to-Day as a Lettings Consultant:

Develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with tenants and landlords, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and trust.
Thoroughly qualify tenants to understand their motivations and requirements, designing tailored property viewings that align with their preferences and needs.
Oversee the referencing process for all tenants, ensuring that it is completed efficiently within an appropriate timeframe.
Generate new business opportunities through word-of-mouth recommendations and excellent knowledge of the local market.
