Job Overview

We are looking for a talented and professional Nail Technician to join our friendly salon team.

The successful candidate will provide high-quality nail treatments while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining a clean, professional and welcoming salon environment.

Duties

Provide professional nail services such as manicures, pedicures, BIAB, and nail art designs.
Assist clients with selecting nail colours, designs, and treatments to meet their preferences.
Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment in compliance with health and safety standards.
Manage appointment scheduling at the front desk, ensuring smooth flow of client bookings and walk-ins.
Engage with guests to deliver outstanding customer service, addressing their needs and providing personalized recommendations.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Nail Technician or similar role in a professional salon or spa setting.
Strong communication skills to connect effectively with clients and team members.
Ability to manage multiple appointments efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
Experience in hospitality or guest services is highly desirable for creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Basic management skills for overseeing daily operations at the front desk or assisting with team coordination.
Passion for continuous learning about new beauty techniques and industry trends.
