6 Months Fixed Term - Graphic Designer
We're looking for an experienced Junior (or fresh Midweight) Graphic Designer to join our growing team at Vault City for an exciting 6 months fixed term role! You'll be reporting into our Marketing Manager and working alongside our in-house Lead Graphic Designer who designs all our beautiful can art. Please send a CV and your portfolio in your application.

Key Responsibilities:
We're looking for someone who is organised, confident in time management, enthusiastic and full of creative concepts.
Essential
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite
- 1+ year's experience in graphic design and application (bonus points if this is in FMCG environment). Although we will consider graduates if the right candidates apply!
- A confident Illustrator
- You'll be supporting the design and delivery of eye-catching can artwork for a minimum of three new beer releases every two weeks, maintaining consistency with Vault City’s vibrant and playful visual identity
- Creating promotional materials including tasting booklets, merchandise designs, in-house comms and limited edition packaging.
- Designing digital assets for social media, newsletters, and the Vault City website – ensuring brand consistency across all our channels
- Collaborating closely with marketing and production teams to bring new releases and campaigns to life through compelling visual storytelling.
- Managing projects and tight deadlines to align with our busy release schedule
Nice to have
- We'd love to speak with candidates who have experience using After Effects to create motion graphics or animations for use in social media and digital campaigns.
- Also a bonus if you have worked in packaging
What to expect:
You’ll be office based, working a 4 day week (Monday to Thursday) 8am-5.30pm. There are occasionally some travel opportunities for international festivals, which are split among sales and marketing teams to keep things fair.
The role will be based at our new brewery in Midlothian (just outside Edinburgh). We're ideally looking for someone who can drive and has access to a car because public transport is a little sparse at our new neck of the woods. Renumeration:
- Salary range - £27,000 - £29,000 per annum depending on experience
- 4 day work week
- £500 worth of beer vouchers per year
