GROUP OPERATIONS MANAGER
Livingston, West Lothian
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 depending on experience, plus performance incentives.
We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and support multiple growing businesses across hospitality and hair & beauty.
This is a senior leadership role responsible for ensuring standards, systems, performance and accountability are maintained across all areas of the business.
The successful candidate will work directly alongside the business owner and be responsible for helping manage:
- The Parry Lamp Stewart Kyle & Co Hair & Beauty Facelook Hair & Beauty
This role is not industry-specific.
You do not need to be a hairdresser, beauty therapist, chef or bartender.
What we need is an exceptional manager who can lead people, implement systems, drive performance and ensure standards are maintained consistently.
Responsibilities include:
- Staff management and development. Recruitment and onboarding. KPI reporting and performance monitoring. Labour and staffing control. Complaint resolution. Compliance and procedures. Operational audits. Customer service standards. Accountability across management teams. Weekly reporting to the business owner. Identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
The successful candidate should have:
- Experience managing teams of 15+ staff. Experience managing budgets and labour costs. Strong leadership and communication skills. Experience improving business performance. Excellent organisational skills. A positive and energetic personality. The ability to hold people accountable whilst maintaining a positive culture. A proven track record of delivering results.
