Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced, dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of our facilities, ensuring that all areas are welcoming and comfortable for guests. A background in hospitality or hotel services is highly desirable, as it will enhance the overall experience for our clients.

Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
Ensure all surfaces are dusted, vacuumed, and mopped as required.
Change bed linens and towels, ensuring high standards of hygiene and presentation.
Restock supplies such as toiletries and linens in guest rooms and common areas.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties.
Assist with laundry services when necessary.
Maintain an organised cleaning cart and ensure all cleaning equipment is in good working order.

Experience

Previous experience in a housekeeping role within a hospitality or hotel environment is essential.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
A positive attitude and strong work ethic are essential for success in this role.
