Overview

Join our dynamic team as a full-time Cashier/Service Operative, where you'll be at the heart of delivering exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities

Provide friendly and efficient cashier services, handling transactions accurately and swiftly to ensure a seamless guest experience
Assist customers with inquiries, guiding them through products or services while maintaining a positive attitude
Manage daily operational tasks such as stock replenishment, cleanliness, and organization of the service area
Support management in implementing store policies, procedures, and promotional activities to enhance guest engagement
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards while maintaining a clean and welcoming environment
Collaborate with team members to deliver outstanding hospitality and guest services at all times
Handle cash register operations, including processing payments, issuing receipts, and managing cash floats with integrity

Experience

Previous experience in management or supervisory roles within retail, hospitality, or customer service environments is preferred
Proven ability to work effectively in fast-paced settings while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent communication skills with the confidence to assist diverse customers and team members
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and cash handling procedures is advantageous
A proactive mindset with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and guest needs
