Full job description

Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic, commercially focused hospitality sales professional who enjoys building relationships and identifying opportunities. They must be equally comfortable developing strategy and winning business in person, using data to drive decisions while maintaining a strong presence within the hotels and the local business community. They are able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, are naturally collaborative, and take ownership of delivering sustainable revenue growth across a portfolio of properties. The role will be split between our property in Aberlady, East Lothian and St Andrews, Fife. The candidate must be willing to travel between the sites.

Purpose of Role

To identify, secure and develop new business opportunities whilst growing existing accounts across the hotel portfolio. The role requires a commercially driven sales professional with a proven ability to build relationships, increase revenue, and represent the business with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Experience Required

The successful candidate will have:

· Minimum 3 years' experience in hotel sales or hospitality business development.

· Proven track record of delivering and exceeding sales targets.

· Experience managing corporate accounts and generating new business.

· Experience selling accommodation, meetings, events, weddings and food & beverage.

· Strong understanding of revenue generation and commercial planning.

· Experience using CRM systems and sales reporting tools.

· Experience working collaboratively with operational hotel teams.

· Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.

Desirable Experience would be:

· Multi-property or cluster hotel sales experience.

· Experience working with independent luxury or boutique hotels.

· Knowledge of golf, leisure and destination hotel markets.

· Existing network of corporate, agency and event buyers.

· Experience working alongside marketing agencies and digital campaigns.

Pay: £34,000.00-£37,750.00 per year
