Full job description

Here at Lens Self Storage our people make the difference. We’re a friendly team and thrive on providing exceptional customer service, whilst selling the right storage solution to our customers.

We are looking for a Weekend Sales Advisor that is proficient in computer applications and has excellent communication skills along with a friendly and enthusiastic attitude, whilst also having a willingness to learn and a passion for sales. Previous sales experience would be beneficial, but don’t worry if you haven’t got it, because we will ensure you will receive support from your Store Manager and the best training.

Self-Storage is more than what you think it is. We are in the business of solving customer’s storage needs whether it’s a family looking to move house or a student on summer break, our customers make it interesting, and you will be exposed to a variety of tasks.

Customers Service: Supporting new and existing customers over the phone as well as face to face in order to meet their needs.

Sales: Following up on enquiries and advising customers on the best solution for their particular needs, including selling merchandise to achieve your store targets.

Store Standards: Customer’s first impressions are key, always ensuring that excellent store standards are achieved

Working Hours:

Saturday: 08:00 – 17:00hrs (8.5 hours)

Sunday: 10:00 – 16:00hrs (5.5 hours)

Hours of work allow for ½ hour for lunch.

Job Details

Job Type: Part-time

Rate of Pay: £12.71 per hour x 14 hours = £177.94 per week (paid monthly)

Expected hours: 14 per week

Additional pay:

Bonus scheme

Quarterly bonus

Schedule:

Every weekend

Opportunity to work extra hours covering staff holidays

Desirable:

· Full UK driving licence due to location of site
