Ottolenghi Edinburgh marks an exciting new chapter for us,our first restaurant in Scotland. Opening in autumn 2026,this will be a vibrant,busy restaurant with a genuine commitment to fresh,seasonal produce and sustainability at its heart.

What you’ll do

Deliver food and drink to guests accurately and promptly.
Support the floor team by clearing tables,resetting covers,and maintaining the dining space.
Communicate clearly with the kitchen and bar about orders and priorities.
Maintain a positive,energetic presence throughout service.
Assist with setting up and breaking down the dining area.
Support colleagues and contribute to a well-functioning team environment.

What we’re looking for

Previous experience in a runner,bus person,or front-of-house support role
A high-energy,willing team player.
Genuine enthusiasm for hospitality and supporting a team.

Key skills

Energetic,attentive,and efficient.
Great communication skills.
Positive attitude and a genuine team spirit.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Well-organised with excellent attention to detail.
Comfortable using relevant IT systems.
Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
Calm under pressure with a solution-focused mindset.
A genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience and continuous improvement.
