This position is working; Wednesday to Friday 8am to 4pm
The duties of this post include:
- Inspecting and monitoring the quality of packaging used at CPUK by following the current protocols and specifications of 5S, Health, Safety and Environmental, BRC, ISO 9001 and ISO 14000.
- Follows instructions from the warehouse administrator/controllers and manager.
- Follows all CPUK protocols/guidelines/procedures/policies i.e. ISO/BRC/WCM.
- Accurately follows all working procedures/protocols/instructions/guidelines.
- Adheres to the set FLT operational rules within the CPUK grounds.
- Places orders for all equipment required for the role with the warehouse manager.
- Takes responsibility for the cleanliness of the packaging area and the packaging sorting area.
- Assists the warehouse department with day-to-day duties such as cleaning, picking, loading, unloading, tending the line, inventory - all to CPUK standards.
- Verification and reporting to line manager, qualities, and quantities of packaging returns as per procedure.
- Placing packaging returns in assigned space.
- Scrapping of rejected packaging as per line manager’s decision.
- When needed, clean packaging that does not meet CPUK’s standards.
- Prioritise the daily/weekly workloads by following the production plan of: pallets, top frames 30 pcs p/hour; layer pads 5000 pcs p/day (average of 700 layer pads p/hour).
- Gives training and advice, once competent, to other CPUK colleagues.
- Reports all issues of disciplinary/safety/environmental nature to the line manager in accordance with CPUK’s policies.
- From time to time, performs duties of a similar nature as and when required.
- Appropriate dress for the job in hand which obeys all the relevant H&S regulations in force.

Who has access to your data CPUK may share the personal data to other CANPACK Group entities for purposes of intra-group cooperation, in particular CANPACK Group parent company CANPACK S.A. with registered seat in Poland. CANPACK S.A. may share the personal data with CANPACK Group parent company Giorgi Global Holdings, Inc. in the USA as part its supervision over CANPACK Group as well as for purposes of global cooperation aiming at following consistent and transparent global functional and business strategies, which is a standard procedure in international capital groups. Employees’ personal data are transferred to the extent necessary for the
supervision and the cooperation. Please note that GGH is subject to the same global IT security policies and procedures as the ones binding at CANPACK Group and uses the same global, adequately protected systems.
To the extent necessary to conduct and protect CANPACK Group business activity, personal data may also be shared with customers and suppliers (including equipment and services suppliers, IT services providers, cloud providers, audit and legal services suppliers, travelling agencies, etc.) outside the European Economic Area (EEA). The safeguards that we use to protect cross-border data processing
include in particular:
a) standard contractual clauses for protection of personal data approved by the
European Commission a appropriate and suitable safeguards for the transfer.

performance of the employment agreement (Article 49.1. b) of the GDPR) or if
necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims (Article 49. 1. e)of the GDPR).
When processed outside the EEA, CANPACK will take reasonable steps to ensure that this cross-border data processing is protected by adequate safeguards. We may share your personal information with third parties where required by law, where it is necessary to administer the working relationship with you or where we have another legitimate interest in doing so.
Other Recipients of your data may include third-party service providers (such as payroll and pensions providers); other related business entities; a regulator or to otherwise comply with the law. Where we do so, we will require third parties to respect the security of your data and to treat it in accordance with the law. Security of your data;
We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal information from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorised way, altered or disclosed. In addition, we limit access to your personal information to those employees, agents, contractors and other third parties who have a business need to know.
We have put in place procedures to deal with any suspected data security breach and will notify you and any applicable regulator of a suspected breach where we are legally required to do so.
How we decide how long to retain your data;
