About Us

DGB Cleaning Services is a fast-growing commercial cleaning partner, working alongside clients across the Commercial, Leisure, and Education sectors.

We are building a strong, reliable team and are committed to developing careers, supporting our staff, and investing in people at the heart of our operations.

About the Role

We are currently recruiting Cleaning Operatives for a brand new leisure centre in West Drayton.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team, with both full-time and part-time positions available, offering a variety of structured shifts across the week.

We are recruiting across the following shifts

Monday to Friday

PM Shift: 3:00pm – 10:00pm

Saturday / Sunday

AM Shift: 8:00am – 1:00pm

PM Shift : 1:00pm – 6:00pm

*Please clearly state in your application which shift(s) you are available to work.
*Flexibility across multiple shifts is highly desirable - although not essential

Duties & Responsibilities

General cleaning of the leisure centre
Cleaning of changing villages and shower areas
Maintaining communal areas and reception spaces
Cleaning offices and function rooms
Use of cleaning equipment, including floor scrubber machines (where required)
Ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene at all times

Requirements

Previous cleaning experience preferred
Experience using scrubber machines is advantageous (training can be provided)
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
Flexible and able to work evenings and weekends where required
Strong attention to detail
