We're looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and customer-focused Retail Assistant to join our team.
The Role
This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You will be involved in all aspects of the day-to-day running of our busy store, including:
- Providing friendly, professional customer service
- Preparing and serving coffees, cakes and light refreshments
- Operating the till and handling customer transactions
- Restocking shelves and maintaining high store standards
- Keeping the shop clean, tidy and well presented
- Working as part of a close-knit team to deliver an excellent customer experience
About You
You'll enjoy working with people and have a positive attitude. Ideally you'll have retail or hospitality experience, but this isn't essential—we're more interested in finding someone with the right personality and willingness to learn.
