We’re looking for a confident and motivated Team Leader to help us deliver responsive, person-centred support to unpaid carers of all ages at our Quarriers Carers Support Service in Moray.
Working alongside our Service Co-ordinator, you’ll provide day-to-day leadership to a committed team of Family Wellbeing Workers, ensuring carers and their families receive high-quality support when they need it most.
Leading with empathy and clear communication, you’ll combine effective people management with sound professional judgement, strong partnership working and a calm, solutions-focused approach. You’ll balance the needs of the people we support with the development and wellbeing of your team.
This is a varied and influential role where your leadership, experience and ideas can make a meaningful difference—not only to your team, but to unpaid carers, families and communities throughout Moray.
Permanent contract
37 hours per week
£30,655 per annum
Being a driver with access to your own transport is essential for this role
