Duties
- Oversee daily operations of the betting shop
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Manage cash handling, betting transactions, and financial reporting accurately
- Maintain compliance with legal regulations and company policies
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
- Promote responsible gambling practices
- Ensure the shop environment remains clean, safe, and welcoming
Requirements
- Previous experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided
- Good maths skills to handle cash transactions and complete financial reports accurately
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanour
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and evenings
- A responsible attitude towards compliance with legal regulations related to betting operations
Opportunities for additional hours will be available to cover holidays, staff absences, and other business needs
Shop opening hours are between 8am - 10pm
Due to licensing law applicants must be 18 years old or over
Pay: £14.05 per hour
