Pay: Above National Minimum Wage
Hours: 28–30 hours per week (4-day working week)

Pozzi is one of Moray's best-known independent retailers, proudly serving the local community for over 100 years. We pride ourselves on delivering outstanding customer service in a friendly, welcoming environment.

We're looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and customer-focused Retail Assistant to join our team.

The Role

This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You will be involved in all aspects of the day-to-day running of our busy store, including:

Providing friendly, professional customer service
Preparing and serving coffees, cakes and light refreshments
Operating the till and handling customer transactions
Restocking shelves and maintaining high store standards
Keeping the shop clean, tidy and well presented
Working as part of a close-knit team to deliver an excellent customer experience

About You

You'll enjoy working with people and have a positive attitude. Ideally you'll have retail or hospitality experience, but this isn't essential—we're more interested in finding someone with the right personality and willingness to learn.

You will be:

What We Offer

Above National Minimum Wage

Working every second Saturday
