Full job description

Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Property Valuer/Negotiator to join our property team. In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out property valuations and negotiating offers for property sales.

The successful candidate will have:-

Previous experience of property sales either as a valuer or in an estate agency support role where you are now looking to move your career to the next level. Applicants without estate agency experience but with transferable skills and a keen interest in property will also be considered.
A clean driving licence
Excellent IT skills in Word, Excel and Outlook. Knowledge of BDP Estate Agency Software would be advantageous
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
First class attention to detail
The ability to liaise with clients, buyers and other professionals and build strong business relationships with all
The ability to work as part of a team and on their own initiative
A can-do attitude and commitment to first class client care

The job includes the following duties:-

Dealing with estate agency enquiries
Visiting clients’ properties to provide valuations and advice on the selling process and presentation of property for sale
Instructing Home Reports
Arranging viewings
Keeping clients advised on progress of sale
Negotiating offers for sales
