Little Kickers Edinburgh is continuing to grow, and we're looking for an energetic, reliable and enthusiastic Lead Coach to join our team.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the development of one of the fastest-growing Little Kickers territories in Scotland.
We deliver fun, structured football and movement classes for children aged 18 months to 7 years, helping build confidence, coordination and social skills in a positive, high-energy environment.
We're looking for someone who can become a trusted member of our coaching team and help deliver an outstanding experience for both children and parents.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Lead Coach, you'll take ownership of your sessions and venue.
You'll:
- Deliver engaging, structured classes
- Lead and organise your coaching team
- Build positive relationships with parents
- Create a fun, safe and energetic environment
- Help children develop confidence and key skills through play
- Represent the Little Kickers brand to the highest standard
- Support the continued growth of our Edinburgh programme

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

- Experience in coaching, teaching, childcare, youth work or similar environments
- The confidence to lead sessions independently
Essential Requirements
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Access to a car
- Ability to transport and store equipment bags
- Availability on Saturday, Sunday and Thursday mornings
Training & Progression
All successful candidates will complete our structured onboarding and training programme before leading sessions independently.
