Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Food Production Worker to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the efficient and safe production of high-quality food products. Your energy and commitment will help us meet production goals while maintaining strict food safety standards. Duties

Operate food production equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to all safety protocols
Assist in preparing ingredients and assembling products according to established recipes and procedures
Monitor production lines to ensure consistent quality, making adjustments as needed
Conduct routine cleaning and sanitation of work areas and equipment in compliance with HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) standards
Record production data accurately, including quantities produced and quality checks performed
Support inventory management by organizing supplies and reporting shortages or issues promptly
Follow all food safety guidelines to prevent contamination and ensure product integrity

Requirements

Prior experience in food production or manufacturing is preferred but not required; training will be provided
Knowledge of HACCP principles and food safety regulations is highly desirable
Basic mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor equipment issues
Ability to perform basic math calculations for measurements, weights, and quantities
Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and safety standards
Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward learning and improvement
