We are looking for an experienced and detail-focused Vetting Coordinator who shares these values and is committed to ensuring every colleague joins us safely, compliantly, and with care. Responsibilities
Pre-Employment Vetting & Compliance
- Own and deliver the end-to-end vetting process for Kinly Care & Optima Care
- Complete DBS, Right to Work, references and ID checks and create clear guidelines on requirements
- Ensure compliance with CQC and safer recruitment standards.
UKVI Sponsorship & Immigration Compliance
- Support UKVI Sponsorship License compliance ensure relevant stakeholders support and are engaged in process
- Manage processes for migrant workers and Skilled Worker visas.
- Maintain accurate records for Home Office audit readiness.
- Continuously review processes in line with best practice
- Utilise current providers trainings to upskill self and those linked to processes
Candidate & Stakeholder Management
- Act as key contact for candidates.
- Provide guidance and resolve vetting issues.
- Discuss any issues with vetting support provider and be solution orientated
- Meet SLAs and manage vetting pipelines.
- Chase outstanding information and resolve delays.
Systems & Record Management
- Maintain accurate GDPR-compliant records.
- Ensure documentation is complete and audit-ready.
- Ensure all relevant recordings and complete across electronic systems with a paper back up
- Conduct self-audits and support CQC and Home Office inspections.
Team
- Support and guide the People Team and relevant stakeholders on Vetting
- Ensure continuous upskilling of Team
- Support workload of Coordination team as and when necessary

Qualifications
Experience
- Experience in vetting, onboarding, or recruitment
- Experience working with UKVI compliance, sponsorship licences, Certificates of Sponsorship (CoS), migrant workers, and Skilled Worker visa processes
Skills & Competencies
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines effectively
- High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism
This is a 6 month fixed term contract and .will be based on site in Walsall 5 days per week.
Pay: £25,000.00 per year
