Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and experienced Cleaning Site Manager to oversee cleaning operations at our facilities. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone with supervisory experience and a background in mechanical or electrical systems to lead a team in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety across our sites. The position is paid and requires a proactive approach to managing daily operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and coordinating with various departments.
Working Monday - Friday, 5-7.30pm, leading a team of 5 cleaners to ensure excellent standards across multiple floors.
Pay rate is £13.75ph paid monthly.

Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the cleaning team to ensure operational excellence and adherence to company standards.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations.
- Coordinate with clients and internal departments to meet specific cleaning requirements and project deadlines.
- Train new staff on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and equipment operation.
- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with health & safety legislation and company policies.
Experience
- Proven management or supervisory experience within a cleaning or facilities management environment.
- Mechanical knowledge relevant to cleaning equipment usage.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide teams effectively.
- Familiarity with health & safety regulations applicable to site management roles.
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in documentation and reporting.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal communication skills essential for effective team coordination.
