Main job:
Dig, lay pipes, concrete, and landscape on UK construction sites as a skilled groundworker.
Key Responsibilities
1. Excavation: Dig trenches, foundations with JCB/mini digger
2. Piping & drainage: Lay pipes, fit manholes, connect drainage
3. Concrete work: Pour, level, finish concrete bases/slabs
4. Landscaping: Grade, level, and seed/turf areas
5. Safety: Follow RAMS, use PPE, spot hazards
6. Teamwork: Work with banksmen, slingers, supervisors
Requirements – UK 2026
-Safety critical medical (Plant operators)
- Quals: NVQ L2 in Groundworks or Construction Ops
- Experience: 1-2 years on-site experience
- Skills: Manual handling, basic tools, spatial awareness
- Certs: CSCS card, SMSTS

- AM: Briefing, set out area
- Work: Dig, lay, finish
- PM: Tidy up, report issues
Pay: £23.00-£24.00 per hour
