Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Tyre Technician and become a vital part of delivering exceptional vehicle maintenance and safety services. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for inspecting, repairing, and replacing tyres to ensure optimal performance and safety for our customers’ vehicles. Your mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and customer service skills will drive your success in this fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

Remove, inspect, repair, and install tyres using hand tools and power tools efficiently and safely
Perform routine maintenance on tyre equipment and related vehicle systems to ensure operational readiness
Conduct thorough inspections to identify tyre wear, damage, or defects, providing clear recommendations for repairs or replacements
Assist customers with tyre-related inquiries, offering expert advice and ensuring a positive service experience
Lift heavy tyres and equipment safely while adhering to proper lifting techniques to prevent injury
Maintain accurate records of all work performed, including parts used and services completed
Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards at all times

Experience

Proven mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in automotive or tyre servicing preferred
Familiarity with hand tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, and tyre levers; experience with power tools is advantageous
Prior experience in vehicle maintenance or tyre fitting is desirable but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently as part of daily duties
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional approach
Knowledge of basic maintenance procedures and safety protocols in an automotive environment
