About the Role
The Inside Sales Representative supports Everfox’s UK and International sales organisations by driving pipeline generation and partnering with Account Executives to grow and manage customer relationships. The role operates at the intersection of new business development and account execution, with responsibilities split approximately 50% on pipeline generation and 50% on account collaboration and opportunity management.
You will introduce Everfox solutions to prospective customers, nurture existing relationships, and work cross‑functionally with sales leadership, marketing, solution engineers, channel partners, and operations teams to accelerate revenue growth across government departments and agencies.

Key Responsibilities
Pipeline Generation & Business Development (50%)
- Drive pipeline generation through targeted AE‑led campaigns, prospect research, and accurate pipeline development.
- Qualify and convert leads through inbound and outbound engagement, uncovering mission priorities and mapping Everfox solutions to customer needs.
- Coordinate discovery calls, demos, and technical explorations with Solution Engineers to advance opportunities.
- Partner with Marketing and Sales Leadership to shape outbound campaigns, event-driven initiatives, webinars, trade shows, and other activities that support pipeline growth.
- Educate prospects with concise and compelling presentations, including topics such as AI Security, Zero Trust, and Insider Risk.
- Nurture early-stage interest with consistent follow-up and value-led communication to progress leads into sales-qualified opportunities.
Account Collaboration & Sales Execution (50%)
- Manage early-stage opportunities end-to-end (qualification through technical discovery) before transitioning them to Account Executives at the Proof & Validation stage.
- Support revenue growth through upsell and cross-sell motions, strong customer relationships, and close coordination with channel partners.
- Assist Account Executives with pipeline hygiene, forecasting accuracy, and opportunity progression; ensure quotes, pricing, proposals, and purchase orders are delivered accurately through CRM and operations teams.
- Orchestrate solution demonstrations, architecture discussions, and whiteboarding sessions with Solution Engineers to build customer confidence.
- Maintain post‑sale engagement to confirm satisfaction, identify expansion opportunities, and track customer health to surface risks or potential churn.
Key Knowledge and Skills
- Passion for customer success, business development, and sales.
- Experience in cybersecurity, enterprise software, or government markets preferred but not essential (2–5 years desirable).
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Working knowledge of enterprise technology solutions, cybersecurity concepts, or related technologies.
- Strong relationship‑building skills with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Effective communication and presentation abilities across technical and business audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities with accurate pipeline tracking.
- Self‑motivated and able to work independently while collaborating within a team environment.

A reasonable estimate of the on-target earnings ("OTE") for this role is between:
£51,100.00-75,100.00 GBP
The actual salary offered may vary within the range based on a candidates' unique experience, locale, and business needs. In addition to base salary and either bonus or commission, Everfox offers a generous benefits package including competitive annual leave, pension match, PMI, dental, health cash plan, income protection, in a hybrid work environment.
