Full job description

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Assembler to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling components and products with precision and efficiency, printing an applying corporate branding, ensuring high-quality standards are maintained throughout the process and preparing orders for shipment and delivery. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a keen eye for detail and a strong mechanical aptitude to develop their skills within a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Assemble parts and components accurately according to technical specifications and work instructions.
Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete assembly tasks.
Conduct quality checks at various stages of assembly to ensure products meet quality standards.
Maintain a clean and organised workstation, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors promptly.

Skills

Mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand technical drawings and assembly instructions.
Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools essential for assembly tasks.
Experience in assembly processes within a warehouse or manufacturing environment is advantageous.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills to ensure accuracy in all work performed.
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
Prior manufacturing or sign / expo experience is beneficial but not mandatory; training will be provided for suitable candidates.
