Age - 25+

Cargo House Coffee is looking for a driver/barista to join us for the 2026 festival season.

We’re a mobile coffee business travelling to some of the UK’s biggest festivals and events with our vintage coffee setup, and we’re looking for someone reliable, hard working and good with people to become part of the team.

The role involves helping drive our stock van to festivals and events with a small trailer on the back carrying extra stock and refrigeration. We head to events a bit earlier than the rest of the team to help get everything set up before opening.

Once the event is running, you’ll also be helping as a Barista aswell

We’d ideally like someone with good barista experience who’s confident working in busy environments. Festival or event experience is a bonus.

Ideally Availble for all events

Truck Festival 23rd - 26th July 2026
Kendal Calling 30th July - 2nd August 2026
Boomtown 12th - 16th August 2026
A New Day Festival 21st - 23rd August 2026
Long Road Festival 27th - 30th August 2026

What we’re looking for:

Full UK driving licence
Confident driving larger vans
Comfortable towing a small trailer
Good barista experience
Friendly and reliable
Good under pressure in busy environments
Someone who enjoys festivals, travel and hospitality
Enjoy Camping
Happy working event hours
Needs to be able to travel to Haslemere, Surrey

When off shift you also get to enjoy the festival.

This is seasonal festival work, so hours can be long and weekends are busy, but it’s a great atmosphere and a fun team to be part of over the summer. Accommodation is camping onsite at events.
