We are in an exciting period of growth and investment currently, making this the perfect time to join us in a pivotal operational role. We are now recruiting for an experienced and hands-on Working Site Manager to oversee all aspects of site maintenance, health and safety, and facilities operations at our state-of-the-art Dunsfold project.
The Role
We’re looking for a hands-on Working Site maintenance employee with strong multi-trade skills to lead refurbishment project at our flagship venue, Dunsfold Park – home of the former Top Gear track and further construction projects.
This is a stand-alone role for someone who enjoys being on the tools most of the time, while also managing projects, sourcing contractors and direct labour, ensuring safe, high-quality completion of all works.
Key responsibilities:
- Carry out building, carpentry, general maintenance and multi-trade works yourself.
- Lead refurbishment and construction projects from start to finish.
- Source, manage, and supervise contractors and labour.
- Order materials, tools, and equipment cost-effectively.
- Ensure all work meets health & safety standards.
- Associated paperwork - RAMS, permits for work etc.
What you’ll need:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager, Working Foreman, or Multi-Trade Builder.
- Strong hands-on skills across multiple trades, you'll be on-the-tools.
- Ability to manage projects independently.
- Knowledge and execution of construction and refurbishment methods.
- Full UK driving licence and own transport is essential.

Pay: £35,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
