There is a genuine progression pathway within Posh:
Apprentice → Junior → Intermediate → Senior → Master → Educator → Team Leader → Supervisor / Management
For the right person there may also be opportunities to become an Educator within Posh Beauty & Academy and progress into training other professionals.

Professional Training & Development
One of the things that makes Posh different is our approach to education.
Our training incorporates advanced Eastern European-inspired techniques and standards alongside the professional systems required within our salon.
If you're already an experienced technician but there are areas you'd like to strengthen that's okay.
Depending on your needs we can offer masterclass development or full training through one of our available training options subject to agreement.
We don't expect you to stop learning when you get the job.
We expect you to keep getting better.
What We're Looking For
For this position you must have a minimum of 2 years' professional salon experience and hold relevant recognised Nail Technician qualifications.
You should have experience with:
- BIAB / structured gel manicures
- Builder Gel
- Gel-X extensions
- E-file techniques and removals
- Gel pedicures
- Gel polish
- Professional nail preparation
- Nail shaping
- French manicure
- Nail art
- Professional hygiene and salon procedures
French could be part of your basic skill set. More advanced nail art can be developed further through training where required.
But Technical Ability Isn't Everything.
We can develop technique.

Availability
We offer a flexible working schedule.
Weekend availability is strongly preferred particularly when you're initially building your clientele as these are some of our busiest and strongest days for appointments but we can always adapt it for both sides.
