Summary

We are seeking a Receptionist/Administrator to join our team at Dane View Care Home with Nursing in Leicester. This vital role involves managing front-desk activities and administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations, supporting our mission to provide exceptional care.

Responsibilities

Greet visitors and manage phone inquiries with professionalism and warmth.
Maintain accurate records through data entry and filing.
Coordinate appointments and manage schedules efficiently.
Support administrative functions using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.
Handle correspondence, emails, and communication with residents' families.
Support with onboarding new starters, ensuring the correct documents are collated
Ensure the reception area is welcoming and organized.
Collaborate with team members to support overall operational excellence

Qualifications

Proven experience in office administration or reception roles.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Good communication skills and phone etiquette.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
Prior experience with data entry or clerical work is preferred.
