A Senior Care Assistant is a compassionate and skilled professional who supports residents with various daily activities, such as personal care, social interaction, and personal interests. The Senior Care Assistant respects the individual preferences, dignity, and autonomy of each resident and helps them achieve their optimal wellbeing and quality of life. The Senior Care Assistant also ensures the safety and health of residents by completing documentation, administering medication, reviewing care plans, and communicating with external professionals and families. The Senior Care Assistant contributes to the positive reputation of Springdene Care Homes Group as a provider of high-quality care and service.
