Who we are looking for
We are looking to hire an Account Director with a background in the entertainment industry, agency background preferred to join our team in London.
Strong and demonstrable understanding of pop culture, entertainment industry, social media as well as advertising and influencer marketing is expected for this role.
We’re looking for a proactive self-starter who is keen to make a difference and helping rocket Be-Hookd into our next phase of growth and ambition.

Overview:
Minimum of 5 years demonstrable experience within digital marketing working for an entertainment agency.
Drive the agency’s offering in the area of influencer marketing and advertising
Campaign Strategy: Develop campaign strategies for social and digital proposals - both written and conceptual ideation. Responsible for the storytelling of our campaigns to both our audiences and clients.
Social Strategy: As a social native, bring insights, fluent understanding and depth of experience to develop channel strategies, social campaign plans, and best practices.
Proactively research and recommend global strategies that extend beyond the traditional social/digital space (approach to talent, international, PR, etc.).
Ensure the company’s retention of clientele and team members and facilitate further growth.
Maximise Be-Hookd’s efficiency, productivity, and performance, by making sure all operations are running smoothly
Oversee a team of executives and account managers reporting to the Managing Director
Ensure our core values (at end of document) are part of every piece of work we deliver externally but also instill the values internally
Responsibilities and Duties:
Be a thought leader, open and willing to developing and sharing your expertise in the team, specifically in the areas of influencer marketing and advertising
Understand the landscape of contemporary culture – entertainment, youth cultures, fashion, etc. and research clients autonomously to develop informed ideation
Overlook internal processes and help improve and maintain office systems
Account Management, inclusive of the areas Day To Day, Community Management, Monthly & Weekly Strategy and Ideation, Reporting
Skills:

Leading from the front with a ‘can do’ attitude and pro-active ownership of projects and processes
Maintaining the morale of the staff for which they are responsible and training them into an effective team that takes ownership of tasks and requires minimal supervision
Able to manage those for whom they are responsible, inspiring loyalty and commitment and maintaining strong motivation and able to delegate effectively
To review staff performance on a regular basis and be responsible for their development
Contributes to the smooth running of the company and commitment to the building of a successful future for the Agency
Knowledge and Requirements:
5+ years experience in music, entertainment or media industry; agency background preferred
In-depth knowledge of best practice and native channel analytics (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest, Tik Tok, Snapchat)
Experience with social listening tools
Great knowledge of influencer marketing and advertising
Superb presentation and communication skills, bringing charisma and passion to sell ideas to both client contracts and internal stakeholders
Active passion for campaign strategy, social media, and digital technology
Understanding of the landscape and development of trends in the new media and entertainment business
Creative mindset with the ability to solve tough problems and handle pressure to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
