THE ROLE:

We are looking for a commercials agent to build the commercials division and expand and develop opportunities within the world of advertising.
The agent will be responsible for developing their own roster of top-level talent specifically for commercials whilst also working alongside and creating opportunities for existing InterTalent clients.
This is a key position in building further InterTalent’s offering as the most driven and creative representation of leading talent across the Broadcast, Digital and Entertainment business.

THE IDEAL APPLICANT WILL HAVE:

A minimum of 2 years experience working as a commercials agent or assistant at an established agency.
A proven track record of successfully placing talent in commercials.
Strong links with all relevant casting directors within this field.
Outstanding communication and organisational skills.
Excellent industry knowledge.
Experience and expertise in dealing with contracts and negotiations.
Proven ability to attract and retain talent and brand relationships.
Experience in working with both profile and non-profile clients.
High levels of energy and innovation coupled with the ability to thrive in a fluid and fast paced environment.
Knowledge of Tagmin (preferred, but not essential).
