We are recruiting for a highly motivated and conscientious member of staff to work in our AGC ( Adult Gaming Centre) within the Family Entertainment Centre at Felixstowe Pier. This is for a Saturday and Sunday 6pm - 11pm. There may also be additional shifts to cover holidays.
Applicants MUST be aged 18+ due to licensing restrictions.
As an AGC Attendant, you will be outgoing, friendly, approachable and confident. You will have a passion for customer service engagement and service, anticipating customers’ needs and providing help and advice. Reliability and punctuality are essential.
As the first point of contact in the AGC you will ensure our guest experience is an enjoyable one. Part of your role will be ensuring that our machines are operational and clean whilst ensuring the AGC remains scrupulously clean, tidy and inviting. You will welcome all new customers, familiarise yourself with our regular customers in order to maximise their time in our venue and provide refreshments when requested.
Training will be provided to comply with industry regulations.
You will be expected to:
- Be honest, reliable, responsible individuals with a strong work ethic.
- Provide a friendly and efficient service with great customer service.
- Keep the premises clean and tidy at all times.
- Comply with all Regulatory Rules, Company Policies and Procedures
Applicants will be well presented, friendly, numerate and possess excellent customer service skills. Experience within retail or amusement arcades is preferred.

Pay: £10.85-£12.71 per hour
