THE ROLE
This is an exciting chance to join our busy & growing team. Due to the continued demand for our services, we are seeking to recruit a Thermal Imaging Surveyor (Thermographer) but who will be required to carry out all the types of inspection that we offer so the role is not purely limited to thermal imaging.
Training will be provided in all aspects of the role but we are looking for someone who already has experience in some of the areas in which we work.
This opportunity would suit someone who is keen to learn new skills, is hardworking, pays attention to detail and who can operate under pressure with little or no supervision at times.
Key duties will include:
· Carry out thermal imaging surveys nationwide and possibly on offshore platforms.
· Carry out compressed air leak surveys.
· Carry out roof and water leak investigations.
· Generate detailed reports utilising our reporting software.

THE CANDIDATE
Strong electrical experience would be an advantage.
Knowledge of buildings and construction would be an advantage.
You need to be a certified Thermographer (ideally Level 2) but we will consider applicants who have the right experience and knowledge in this field.
You’ll need at least 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grade C or above. These will include Maths and English. You’ll be able to use Microsoft office applications and have great customer service skills. You need to be a good communicator and you’ll get along well with others, be organised and have good attention to detail. Self-motivation and a can do approach are important along with an ability to cope under pressure.
You must be prepared to work some unsociable hours, stay away from home on a regular basis, travel throughout the UK and eventually be able to work well with little or no supervision.
Additional Key Requirements:
· Full Driving License.
· Desire to Learn.
· Highly Computer Literate – Excellent Microsoft Word and Excel Skills.
· Excellent Communication Skills (Verbal and Written).
· Physically Fit as This is a Highly Active Role
· Ability to Work in Hot & Cold Environments
· Ability to Work at Height
