Junior Sales Executive

Salary: Up to £30,000 basic + OTE
Location: Upton Snodsbury
Hours: Monday - Friday - 9am - 6pm
Every other Saturday 9-3pm

At Vandervan, we're passionate about supplying a wide range of used commercial vehicles to businesses and individuals across the UK. Our stock includes everything from high-quality retail-ready vans to trade sale and non-runner vehicles, giving customers options to suit every budget and requirement.

We're now looking for an ambitious, customer-focused Junior Van Sales Executive to help customers find the right vehicle while delivering an outstanding sales experience.

The Role

As a Junior Van Sales Executive, you will support customers through the van buying process, helping them find the right vehicle from our varied stock.

You will be working with a diverse range of stock, including retail-ready vans that are fully prepared and ready for immediate use, trade sale vehicles priced for export, repair, or resale, and non-runner vehicles ideal for trade buyers, exporters, and specialist purchasers.

You will learn how to guide customers from initial enquiry through to sale completion, gaining valuable experience in vehicle sales, customer service, and negotiation.

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer enquiries by phone, email, and in person
Learn to understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles
Arrange and support vehicle viewings and test drives
Build positive relationships with both retail and trade customers
Clearly explain vehicle condition and stock categories (full training provided)
Support negotiations and assist in closing sales
Complete sales paperwork accurately with guidance from the team
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of stock and basic market trends
Deliver a friendly, professional, and helpful customer experience
Work towards individual and team sales targets

What We're Looking For :

Interested in starting a career in vehicle sales
Has a positive attitude and willingness to learn
Is confident speaking with customers
Enjoys working in a fast-paced, busy environment
Has good communication skills
Is organised, reliable, and motivated
Holds a full UK driving licence for 3 years
Ideally have a keen interest in automotive industry

No previous van sales experience is required – full training will be provided.
