The role is for Trainee Rigging Technician in a telecoms mast rigging workshop . Working within the telecoms sector in our factory in Teesside. You will be trained up to become a fully skilled Rigger.
Applicant ideally will be computer literate primarily in Microsoft Word and Excel, have excellent communication skills, an attention to detail and be keen to learn. The role is based in a workshop environment so suitable PPE clothing must be worn at all times. We will provide this.
Before you apply you need to consider the below:-
1 You will start on the minimum wage for your age BUT on starting you will follow our in-house training programme which will provide you with everything you need to gain the necessary skills to carry out the role effectively. Once you are assessed as competent your hourly rate will increase considerably. The average time for your wage to increase is 3 months.
2 We start at 07.30am - You will need to make your own way to work and arrive on time!
3 We are considered Critical Path so if successful we will want you to start quickly
