Quality Technologist – Enniskillen ?? (Onsite, Mon–Fri)
We’re hiring a Quality Technologist to join our Enniskillen team! This onsite role supports production by ensuring top-tier food safety, quality standards, and customer satisfaction. ????
What You’ll Do

Champion food safety and quality culture

Ensure compliance with BRC and customer standards

Lead technical projects (e.g. hygiene, allergen validations)

Manage supplier relationships and non-conformances
-
Support audits and investigations
-
Deliver training on HACCP, allergen awareness, etc.

Use data and OPEX tools to drive improvements
What You’ll Bring
? Essential:

HACCP & Food Safety Level 3
-
Experience in food manufacturing
-
Strong knowledge of BRC & industry standards
-
Excellent communication & organisation
-
Problem-solving skills & attention to detail

Proficient in Microsoft Office
? Desirable:

8-step problem solving experience

Experience leading third-party audits

Background in Food Safety/Technology
