Full job description

Both part time and full time roles available.

Weekend working is expected to meet operational demand.

Job Description: Responsible for maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and overall appearance of guest rooms and public areas. The role ensures guests enjoy a comfortable, safe, and welcoming environment throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean and service guest rooms according to hotel standards.
Make beds, change linens, and replace towels and toiletries.
Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust guest rooms and common areas.
Clean and sanitize bathrooms, fixtures, and surfaces.
Restock housekeeping carts and supply closets.
Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to supervisors.
Remove trash and dispose of waste properly.
Respond promptly to guest requests and housekeeping needs.
Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Maintain confidentiality and security of guest property.

Qualifications and Skills:

Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but required.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good attention to detail and organisational skills.
Physical ability to complete the needs of the role.
Strong time-management skills.
Good communication skills and a customer service focused attitude.

Please note this is not a seasonal position.
