About Marble Arch Health

Marble Arch Health is a growing private women’s healthcare business providing specialist gynecology and women’s health services. The business operates across Enniskillen and Galway and is entering a new stage of growth, with increasing clinical activity, insurer engagement, specialist involvement, theatre pathways, and cross-border operational complexity.

Marble Arch Health is now seeking to recruit a Reception Administrator for their premises in Enniskillen. As the business continues to expand, we are seeking a candidate who will act as the first point of contact for patients attending Marble Arch Health. They will be responsible for welcoming patients, supporting clinic flow, managing appointments, processing payments, maintaining accurate records and helping to ensure the clinic runs smoothly and professionally.

Reception Administrator – Job Details

Contract: Full-Time, 4 days per week Monday – Thursday, Permanent

Salary: Negotiable

Location: Enniskillen

Hours of work: 8:30am – 5:30am

Main Duties and Responsibilities

· Welcome patients and visitors, providing a professional, friendly, and compassionate reception service.

· Coordinate clinic sessions and support the smooth day-to-day operation of the clinic.

· Manage appointments, bookings, confirmations, cancellations, and follow-up arrangements.

· Maintain accurate patient records and ensure documentation is completed and updated appropriately.

· Support clinicians by assisting with patient flow and clinic administration.

· Process patient payments and maintain accurate financial records in line with clinic procedures.

· Respond to patient enquiries and provide clear, timely information and support.

· Assist with general administrative duties, including correspondence, data entry, filing, and record management.

· Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver an efficient, welcoming and patient-focused service.

Essential Criteria

· Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a reception, administration, customer service, or similar role.

· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.

· Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.

· Competent IT and administrative skills, including experience using the Microsoft Office Suite.

· Professional, patient-focused approach with a commitment to confidentiality.

Desirable Criteria

· Experience working in healthcare, or a clinic environment.

· Familiarity with patient management or appointment booking systems.

· Experience in handling payments, financial administration, or appointment-based services.
