We are recruiting a Packhouse Operative to join our busy fresh produce warehouse team in Evesham. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in packhouse, warehouse operative, production operative, or food packing roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Packing fresh produce accurately to meet daily targets and customer orders
- Operate automated packing line machinery in line with production schedules and daily targets
- Checking product quality and reporting any issues
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised packhouse environment
- Supporting general warehouse and production duties
Skills and Experience
- Experience as a packhouse operative, warehouse operative, production operative, or factory worker preferred
- Good attention to detail and ability to meet targets
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast paced environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Flexible and willing to support different tasks
Working Hours
Monday to Friday 6:00am to finish ( approximately 4:00pm)
Rotational Saturdays 6:00am to finish (approximately 11:00am)
Flexibility may be required
